Day-by-day itinerary

1Mexico City

Arrive in Mexico, where an included transfer brings you to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure getting acquainted with the capital.

2Mexico City — Teotihuacan — Mexico City

Your journey opens at the Plaza of the Three Cultures before continuing to the monumental archaeological site of Teotihuacan. On the way back you'll stop at a local artisan center and then visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. After returning to the hotel, the rest of the day is free.

3Mexico City — Querétaro

Enjoy a free morning in the capital, then after lunch transfer to the bus station for a scheduled coach to Querétaro. Once there, take pleasure in strolling this beautiful city, full of charming plazas, baroque churches, colonial buildings, cobblestone streets, colorful facades, a historic aqueduct, gardens, and markets.

4Querétaro — Tequisquiapan — Bernal — Querétaro

Discover the Pueblo Mágico of San Sebastián de Bernal, loved for its picturesque character and skilled textile artisans. Continue to Tequisquiapan, a town famed for mineral spas and colonial-style architecture. The excursion includes a guided visit to San Patricio Winery and the Bocanegra Cheese Cellar, complete with a tasting of regional wines.

5Querétaro — Atongo — Querétaro

The morning is free in Querétaro. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a theatrical experience at Hacienda Atongo, following a guided walk alongside characters from another era. You'll also sip a refreshing drink crafted with the estate's own wine before returning to Querétaro.

6Querétaro — Tula — Puebla

Set out for Tula, the ancient capital of the Toltec civilization, where a visit to the archaeological site is included with admission. Afterward, continue to Puebla, a historic city renowned for its colonial architecture and lively central zocalo.

7Puebla — Monte Albán — Oaxaca

Travel onward to Oaxaca, arriving in the late morning. Explore Monte Albán, the grandest of the Zapotec cities, perched high above the Oaxaca Valley — admission and a guided tour are included. Back in Oaxaca, you'll have free time to wander this captivating city with Aztec roots.

8Oaxaca — Mexico City

A transfer takes you from Oaxaca to the airport for your included flight back to Mexico City. There the tour's services come to an end, hopefully leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
