What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your questions and arrange your tour:

• Contact details — your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number, when you send an inquiry or make a booking.
• Booking details — the tour, departure date, number of travelers, traveler names as required by the operator, and your currency preference.
• Messages — what you write to us in the inquiry form or by email, so we can follow the conversation.

We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves — see Stripe below.

Who processes it

• Stripe processes all payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Our email provider delivers inquiry and booking emails between you and us.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides basic, aggregate analytics (page views, approximate location by region). We do not run advertising trackers.
• Europamundo Vacations, the tour operator, receives the traveler details needed to operate your tour — names and booking specifics — when you book.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. Your details are used to answer your inquiry, arrange your booking, and support you before and during travel — nothing else.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to help you plan. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must legally retain). Email info@bookinggpt.ca and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Mexico Vacationshandles personal information, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be emailed to you directly.
